Thirty Ought Six

Thirty-Ought Six lead singer and bass player Sean Roberts passes away. R.I.P.

Mute was very sad to hear today of the passing of Sean Roberts from the band Thirty-Ought Six.

Signed to Mute America in the mid 90’s, Thirty-Ought Six hailed from Portland and toured the UK once as part of a package tour with American label mates Toenut and Citizens’ Utilities.

Playing a beautifully melodic & fragile wall of noise, Thirty-Ought Six were a pleasure to work with and Sean will be dearly missed.
Our condolences go out to family and friends.

Here‘s the video for Huck
